It was founded by Juan Carlos Piñeiro, a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Metropolitan University located in Caracas – Venezuela, occupying 1st place in promotion and currently has more than 35 years of professional experience in Project Management.

At present, it is a partner of two major companies:

  • Bird View Insight – Partner and Senior Consultant (Canada)
